What type of support will I have?

You will have one on one weekly consultations/conversations with our Accredited Practising Dietitians.

What foods will I be eating?

You will be eating all your own favourite foods, however they will be modified into correct combinations and groups to balance your carbohydrates, your proteins and fats and fibres, according to your individual biochemistry such as fasting blood sugar readings, lipids, insulin and liver function tests. These will be supplied to us by your own doctor.

Can I still eat out on this program?

Yes of course you can, as that is part of normality. The program is designed to allow you normal choices and your Dietitian will guide you with what to choose when eating out and in particular how to request the correct preparation of your personal choices.

How long will it take for me to reach my goal weight?

To achieve permanent weight loss, the minimum average weight loss per week will be 500g and 1.5cm of body fat. These figures will vary of course according to your body mass at commencement of program, level of prescribed exercise, your blood test results and your absolute compliance with the program guidelines. Rapid weight loss can also be achieved in special circumstances, however it is treated separately and will not result in permamnent weight loss - Diets Don't Work.

How much does the program cost?

Joining our program is very affordable. You can even get rebates from Private Health Cover, Medicare, Veterans Affairs and Workcover. We will also guarantee your results.
